Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals USA is seeking a Cellular Therapy Director to lead pre- and post-approval activities for Tab-cel EBV+ PTLD. This role focuses on building a US-based organization, developing physician engagement, and enabling access in major transplant centers.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating complex treatment modalities to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate a matrix environment with cross-functional teams.
• Sales experience in ultra rare disease or CGT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead disease awareness efforts and build relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with key institutions.
• Drive appropriate utilization of Tab-cel and support patient access within territory.
