Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is building a US division focused on rare diseases and oncology. We seek a seasoned Cellular Therapy Director to lead the launch of Tab-cel and drive access in transplant centers across the US.

You will collaborate with medical, value/access, and operations teams to design strategic account plans, educate physicians on disease state, and enable patient access in a fast-paced, start-up like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 10 years in biopharma with cell/gene therapy exposure.
• Experience in collaborative, matrix environments.
• Ability to convey complex treatment modalities with scientific aptitude.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare disease, CGT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate in compliance with laws, regulations and Pierre Fabre policies.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans with stakeholders.
• Educate physicians and engage medical experts on PTLD and cell therapy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for expedited access to Tab-cel Ebvallo.
• Map sites, networks and referral patterns to optimize patient access.
