Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a strategic leader to drive the launch of Tab-cel Ebvallo in the US, targeting EBV+ PTLD patients after transplant. You’ll build and scale a new US organization, coordinating across medical, access, and cell-therapy operations to drive timely patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 10 years of experience in the biopharma industry.
• Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines.
• Proven ability to operate in a complex matrix environment.
• Ability to convey complex treatment modalities with scientific aptitude.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare disease (CGT preferred).
• Compliance with laws, regulations and Pierre Fabre policies.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans using customer insights and market trends.
• Provide training to treatment centers to remove barriers and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with internal functions (medical, value and access, cell therapy operations) for efficient access to Tab-cel Ebvallo.
• Stakeholder engagement with sites, administrators, and medical societies; map referral networks.
• Coordinate cross-functional relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience.
