Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the US is building a new division focused on rare diseases and oncology.

We seek a seasoned Cellular Therapy Director (CTAD) to drive launch of Tab-cel, partnering across medical, access, and field teams to deliver patient access and scientific leadership. You will lead strategic account planning, educate physicians, map sites of care, and navigate complex transplant networks, with up to 70% travel and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in life sciences or related field.
• 10+ years in biopharma with cell or gene therapy exposure.
• Proven success in complex matrix environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Sales experience in ultra-rare disease preferred.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex stakeholder environments to provide targeted support.
• Develop strategic account plans and educate at sites of care.
• Launch and commercialization activities for Tab-cel in US.
• Collaborate with medical, value and access, and operations teams.
• Travel up to 70% within territory.
