Job summary

Solventum seeks a CDI Product Manager to lead outpatient CDI strategy, development, and stakeholder engagement. You will partner with engineering, design, and data teams to translate requirements into features and deliver high-quality releases, while aligning with CMS and payer requirements.

Responsibilities include defining KPIs, guiding roadmap, and overseeing documentation and training for internal stakeholders. Remote role with up to 10% travel; compensation ranges provided for US applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or related field with 7 years of experience in product management, CDI, coding or healthcare technology.
• Strong knowledge of outpatient CDI, ICD-10-CM coding, HCC risk adjustment, quality risk methodologies, CRC and ambulatory workflows.
• Demonstrated experience delivering software products in an agile environment and excellent communication.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 14 years of healthcare experience focusing on revenue cycle with CRC and OP CDI credentials.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for outpatient CDI solutions aligned with goals and market needs.
• Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to define requirements and validate solutions.
• Ensure product alignment with CMS regulations and payer requirements.
• Define KPIs and analyze usage to drive continuous improvement.
