Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Outpatient CDI Outsourcing Manager (Finance) to lead outsourced outpatient CDI engagements and ensure high-quality, compliant revenue-cycle services. This remote US role emphasizes vendor management, staff leadership, and performance oversight.

Experience with ICD-10-CPT, APC methodologies, and CDI programs is required, with RHIA/CCS certificates preferred. Up to 50% travel may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with seven years of outpatient CDI management experience
• OR high school diploma with twelve years of outpatient CDI management experience
• RHIA or CCS certification required
• CCDS-O, CRC or RAC certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of outpatient CDI experience
• ICD-10-CPT and APC methodologies experience
• Clinical documentation improvement and revenue cycle workflows experience
• Quality-of-care measures experience (e.g., HEDIS, OQR)

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational leadership for outsourced outpatient CDI engagements, both supplemental and total outsource
• Partner with Consulting Services to support revenue goals and client satisfaction
• Serve as primary escalation point for performance, quality, and vendor issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Lead and supervise outpatient CDI staff and provide coaching and development
• Ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CPT guidelines and regulatory requirements
