Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare company, is seeking an Outpatient CDI Outsourcing Supervisor to lead end-to-end outsourced outpatient CDI engagements, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient services aligned with revenue goals.

The role requires seven years of outpatient CDI management, RHIA/CCS certification, and ICD-10-CM/CPT knowledge; remote work in the United States with up to 50% travel and strong vendor/people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in health-related field with 7 years outpatient CDI management experience.
• Alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 12 years outpatient CDI management experience.
• RHIA or CCS certification required; CCDS-O, CRC, or RAC certifications helpful.
• Experience with ICD-10-CM/CPT and APC methodologies; revenue cycle workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for outsourced outpatient CDI engagements (supplemental and total outsource).
• Support revenue goals and client satisfaction with Consulting Services coordination.
• Lead and supervise outpatient CDI staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM/CPT, APC methodologies and regulatory requirements.
