Qualifications

• Ability to travel on rare occasions and work extended hours/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned owner and first/third-party auto liability cases with exposure up to $50,000.
• Evaluate coverage, investigate, negotiate, and settle claims; support small claims and catastrophes.
• Work in a virtual environment with option for office setting; manage communications via written, phone, and email.
• Perform complex investigative work and, when needed, represent insureds at meetings or court proceedings.
• Aim for timely resolution within authority and develop negotiation strategies.
