Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Casualty Evaluator for remote work nationwide (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). You will own auto liability and injury claims under $50,000 exposure, in multiple states, including handling Medical Payments and PIP where needed.

Responsibilities include independent investigation, coverage determinations, and settlement negotiations, using a remote-friendly setup and strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years of related professional experience; 2 years of claims experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle own auto liability and related injury claims up to $50,000 exposure.
• Manage claims in writing, phone, and electronic communications.
• Evaluate coverage and negotiate settlements with represented or unrepresented claimants.
