CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Casualty Evaluator to handle mostly simple to moderate auto liability claims in a remote setting. You will investigate, negotiate settlements under a $50,000 exposure, and manage communications with insureds and attorneys across multi-state licensure.

This role emphasizes independence, analytical skills, and strong customer service. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of claims experience, a BA/BS in business or related field is preferred, and comfort working

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional experience.
• 2 years of claims experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Handle mostly simple to moderate auto liability claims.
• Conduct investigations and negotiate settlements under $50,000.
• Manage claimant communications via written, phone and email.
• Support home and catastrophes-related losses as needed.
• May represent insureds or company at conferences/arbitrations.
