Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is recruiting a Casualty Evaluator to manage auto liability and homeowners-related claims in a remote-capable role across multiple states. You will own adjuster responsibilities for injury-exposure cases, determine settlements within authority, and coordinate with represented or unrepresented claimants.

The position requires 2+ years of claims experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years of related professional experience.
• 2 years of claims experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally and work extended hours/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Owns adjustment duties for injury-exposed claims up to $50,000.
• Handle simple to moderate auto liability cases with unrepresented or represented claimants.
• Support Homeowner claims and Medical Payment/PIP as needed.
• Communicate in writing, by phone, and by email in a virtual environment.
• Investigate and negotiate to settlement within authority.
• Appear at meetings, arbitrations, or depositions when required.
