Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Casualty Evaluator for a remote role handling auto liability and related small‑to‑moderate claims across multiple states. You will triage, investigate, negotiate, and settle cases with exposure under $50,000, collaborating with represented and unrepresented claimants.

This role requires strong analytical skills, good English communication, and the ability to work independently within a remote or hybrid environment. Occasional travel may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Work in a virtual environment with option for office setting.
• Handle mostly simple to moderate auto liability cases with injury exposure under guidance.
• Make coverage determinations and advise on proper action.
• Investigate, negotiate and settle claims within authority.
• Assist in catastrophe-related activities and subrogation where applicable.
