Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is actively hiring for a Casualty Evaluator who will work remotely across the United States. The role involves owning adjuster responsibilities for injury exposure and handling both first- and third-party claims with exposure up to $50,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years relevant work experience.
• 2 years of related professional experience.
• 2 years of claims experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work in a virtual environment with option to work in an office setting.
• Handle mostly simple to moderate 1st and 3rd party auto liability cases involving injury with unrepresented and attorney-represented claimants.
• May handle 1st party Medical payment and PIP.
• Assist in catastrophes related activities including handling simple homeowner losses.
• Responsible for handling, managing, investigating, negotiating, settling and/or resolving injury claims with exposure valued less than $50,000.
