Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Casualty Evaluator for remote work across the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. You will own injury exposure claims up to $50,000, handling 1st and 3rd party auto liability cases, medical payment, and PIP where applicable.

Responsibilities include investigating, negotiating, settling, and presenting cases with limited supervision, supporting catastrophes as needed, and ensuring adherence to AAAs claims policies while maintaining exceptional
