Qualifications

• High school diploma or combination of education and 2+ directly relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of related professional experience.
• 2+ years of claims experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to work independently.
• Strong decision making ability.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and investigate injury exposure cases within authority limits.
• Handle first and third-party auto liability claims with low exposure (<$50,000).
• Work in a virtual environment with potential for office setting.
• Manage communications via writing, phone, and email.
• Negotiate and settle claims; pursue subrogation when applicable.
• May participate in catastrophes or arbitration/trials as needed.
• Provide coverage determinations and guidance to customers.
