CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Casualty Evaluator to manage and resolve auto liability claims in a remote setup across multiple states. The role emphasizes owning adjuster responsibilities for injury exposure, with emphasis on simple to moderate cases involving unrepresented and attorney-represented claimants.

The position requires strong analytical skills, independent work capability, and the ability to communicate effectively via written and verbal channels.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or a combination of education and 2+ directly relevant work experience.
• 2 years of related professional experience
• 2 years of claims experience
• Developing understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Developing understanding of AAA claims policies and procedures preferred.

Aufgaben

• Working in a virtual environment (with option to work in an office setting).
• Ability to manage communications in writing, by telephone and by electronic means (e.g., e-mail).
• Assigned as Owning/Adjuster when injury exposure is identified.
• Handles mostly simple to moderate 1st and 3rd party auto liability cases with unrepresented and attorney-represented claimants.
• May handle 1st party Medical payment and PIP.
• May assist in catastrophes related activities including handling simple homeowner losses.
• Responsible for handling, managing, investigating, negotiating, settling and/or resolving injury claims with exposure valued less than $50,000.
