Responsibilities

• Manage 1st and 3rd party auto liability claims with exposure under $50,000
• Handle simple to moderate injury claims and related medical payments
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and negotiate settlements
• Communicate coverage determinations and next steps to customers
• Support catastrophe-related activities and subrogation when applicable
• Work in a virtual or hybrid environment with strong written and verbal communication
