Responsibilities

• Manage assigned auto liability first/third-party claims with exposure under $50,000.
• Investigate, negotiate, settle, and document claims with minimal supervision.
• Communicate in writing, by phone, and electronically with stakeholders.
• Support catastrophe operations and handle small homeowner losses when needed.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and AAA claims policies.
