Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work in a virtual environment with option to office.
• Manage written, phone, and electronic communications.
• Own assigned claims up to $50,000 exposure.
• Handle simple to moderate auto liability claims with both represented and unrepresented claimants.
• Handle first party Medical payment and PIP when applicable.
• Investigate and negotiate settlements; determine coverage.
• Support catastrophes and subrogation as needed.
• Present cases for settlement and possibly testify.
