Job summary

Alexion Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Case Manager for the Rare Endocrinology & Rare Tumor (RERT) Team supporting the Pacific Time Zone. This remote role includes up to 6x/year travel for patient and HCP engagements as needed.

The Case Manager serves as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, guiding onboarding, treatment coordination, education, and ongoing adherence support, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and optimize therapy

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of case management or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of insurance coverage and reimbursement processes.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory components.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing patient interactions to support onboarding and long-term treatment coordination.
• Coordinate injection training and follow-up services as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve access and adherence issues.
• Document activities and report adverse events per PV guidelines.
