Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; counseling, social work, nursing, advocacy, or science background is a plus.
• 3–5 years of Case Management or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Working knowledge of insurance coverage and reimbursement processes.
• Familiarity with pharma/regulatory components.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and long-term patient support and onboarding.
• Serve as primary point of contact for case management and onboarding activities.
• Share disease, product and program education materials with patients.
• Coordinate injection training and infusion support.
• Report adverse events and maintain patient case status documentation.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve access and adherence issues.
