Qualifications

• 2+ years in personal injury (PI) law, legal operations, case management, or claims handling.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers.
• Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports.
• Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting.
• Identify and fix operational bottlenecks.
