Job summary

Finch is seeking a Case Manager to move pre-litigation cases forward by opening claims, managing medical records, obtaining police reports, and resolving lien issues so attorneys have complete, timely information.

Candidates should have 2+ years in PI law or legal operations, be process-driven and detail-oriented, and communicate well with clients and attorneys. Remote work is possible from other time zones, provided Pacific Time hours are observed. Salary ranges $60,000–$85,000 plus equity.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years in personal injury (PI) law, legal operations, case management, or claims handling.
• Are process-driven and detail-oriented.
• Communicate effectively with both clients and attorneys.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Are bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred, not required).
• Able to work Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers.
• Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports.
• Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting.
• Identify and fix operational bottleneck.
