Job summary

Candidates should have 2+ years in PI law or legal operations, be process-driven and detail-oriented, and communicate well with clients and attorneys. Remote work is possible from other time zones, provided Pacific Time hours are observed. Salary ranges $60,000–$85,000 plus equity.

This Role

Case Managers ensure cases move forward quickly and comprehensively. You’ll focus on the operational heart of pre-litigation—opening claims, managing medical record requests, securing police reports, and resolving lien issues—so attorneys can work with complete, timely information.

This role requires working Pacific Time (PT) business hours to support our West Coast clients and legal teams. Candidates may work remotely from other time zones but must be available during the required Pacific Time schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers

Compensation

$60,000 – $85,000 annual salary + equity
