Finch, a fast-growing legal operations company, is hiring a Case Manager to move pre-litigation cases forward by opening claims, coordinating medical records, and resolving lien issues. You will work closely with attorneys and lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting.

You should have 2+ years in PI law or legal operations, be detail-oriented, and communicate effectively with clients and attorneys. Spanish/English bilinguals are preferred; we offer equity and a competitive salary.

Formación

• 2+ years in personal injury (PI) law, legal operations, case management, or claims handling.
• Process-driven and detail-oriented.
• Communicate effectively with clients and attorneys.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers
• Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports
• Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting
• Identify and fix operational bottleneck.
