Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Plaintiff’s personal injury case management experience.
• Strong empathy for injured clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain familiarity with each case in your caseload.
• Post all case information in SmartAdvocate and manage intake through resolution.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to move cases toward resolution.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters; provide timely updates.
