HireHawk Inc. in the United States is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager to independently manage assigned PI cases through the full pre-litigation lifecycle after intake.

You will open insurance claims, coordinate medical treatment, collect records, prepare demand packages, and support settlement progression within an established legal team.

This remote, full-time role requires 3+ years of PI pre-litigation experience and a strong ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on U.S. personal injury pre-litigation case management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of the full PI pre-litigation lifecycle, 3+ years preferred.
• Proven ability to independently open, progress, settle, and close PI cases.
• Experience opening insurance claims, investigating coverage, and policy limits.
• Strong knowledge of medical treatment coordination, records, and bills.
• Experience preparing PI cases for demand, including drafting demand packages.
• Excellent written and verbal English with independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned personal injury cases from post-intake opening through settlement and case closing.
• Open insurance claims, communicate with carriers, and confirm policy limits.
• Coordinate medical treatment and connect clients with providers.
• Monitor treatment progression and manage cases within insurance coverage constraints.
• Gather and review medical records, bills, and other case materials.
• Identify next steps and push cases forward without delays.
• Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, insurers, and team members.
• Prepare cases for demand by organizing documentation and assisting with demand packages.
• Support settlement progression and ensure files are ready for closing.
• Assist with lien reductions when needed, with firm support.
