Job summary

Amgen is seeking a case manager within Patient Access to transform patient support and enable faster access to therapies. You will interact with patients, HCPs, and insurers to verify benefits, resolve prior authorizations and navigate reimbursement processes.

You will contribute to data integrity and SOP adherence while supporting cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers opportunities to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a focus on patient

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in health care/customer service; relevant experience acceptable.
• Experience working in AS+ or Tezspire Together HUB or similar programs.
• Experience in regulatory environments and with payor communications.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Verify benefits for each patient and assist with copay, prior authorization and reimbursement issues.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from HCPs and patients and enter data into the system.
• Compile and analyze reimbursement trend data to support continuous improvement.
• Work with commercial and government payors to facilitate access to therapies.
• Interact with pharmacies to expedite a positive patient experience.
