Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Field-based Patient Access Liaison to support patients, caregivers, and providers in navigating insurance coverage and reimbursement pathways for Amgen therapies. The PAL will help with prior authorization, coding, billing, and patient support programs to ensure timely access.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient services and access/reimbursement roles.
• Knowledge of prior authorization and billing processes.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• HIPAA compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients, caregivers, and providers with access and reimbursement questions.
• Educate on coding and billing considerations relevant to therapy access.
