Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Case Manager within the Patient Access organization to support access to progressive therapies. You will interface with patients, healthcare providers, and payors to remove barriers and enable faster therapy initiation, while following SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher is required.
• Several pathways provide equivalent experience in customer service/healthcare support.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to government regulations and company policies.
• Verify benefits for each patient and assist with copay, prior authorization and reimbursement issues.
• Maintain positive rapport with patients, HCP offices, and insurers.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and enter data into the system.
• Analyze reimbursement data to inform continuous improvement.
