Marble Health is seeking a Care Operations Associate to guide families from referral to intake with speed, clarity, and empathy. You will handle a high-volume caseload, engaging families across phone, email, and other channels, and collaborate with Growth, Product, and Engineering to unblock cases.

The role is fully remote and open to candidates in the Mountain or Pacific time zones, with a strong emphasis on warmth, steadiness, and direct impact on getting kids into care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment that required ambiguous problem solving.
• Experience in structured phone or video conversations for high-volume outreach.
• Builds trust quickly with families, counselors, and teammates through warmth and clarity.
• Able to manage a detailed caseload with discipline and keep clean notes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of referred families from referral through intake.
• Engage with families across phone, email, and other channels to answer questions and unblock cases.
• Keep families moving toward intake with consistent follow-up and re-engagement.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Engineering to unblock cases and improve workflows.
• Surface real-time patterns on where families get stuck and provide product feedback.
