Job summary

Marble Health is building the operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform. As the first clinical operations hire, you’ll own network quality, safety, and clinical protocols while carrying a small caseload to stay connected with provider experience.

You’ll work closely with the co-founders and medical director to set standards, design escalation processes, and scale the clinical program across New York, New Jersey, and Arizona,

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NY clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent).
• 5+ years building and leading clinical operations or tech-enabled service delivery.
• Experience owning clinical quality management and operating rhythms.
• Telehealth experience with adolescent or school-based behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Own network quality and curation, including joining and retention decisions.
• Coach clinicians and supervisors, provide course corrections and difficult conversations.
• Review and act on clinical quality concerns and complaints.
• Design processes for raising, reviewing, and resolving concerns.
• Own crisis response, safety protocols, mandated reporting, incident intake and investigation.
