Marble Health is hiring a Care Operations Associate for a fully remote role open to candidates in the Mountain or Pacific time zones. You will guide families from referral to intake with speed and empathy, handling 60–80 outbound calls daily and collaborating across Growth, Product, and Engineering to unblock cases and improve the intake process.

• 3+ years of professional experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience in high-communication roles with structured phone or video conversations.
• Warm, clear, and steady communication under pressure.
• Ability to manage a detailed caseload with discipline and notes.
• Mission-driven and focused on improving access to mental health care for kids.

• Manage a caseload of referred families from referral through intake.
• Engage with families via phone, email, and other channels to resolve blockers.
• Keep families moving toward intake with follow-through.
