Job summary

CVS Health Minute Clinic is seeking a Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) to deliver holistic care remotely to patients aged 18 months and up. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage health problems, with education and counseling on contraception and STI prevention.

Qualifications

• Two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Current unrestricted NP license in listed states (CT, GA, NC, ND, NJ, NY, PA, SC, SD, VA, WI, WV).
• Master's in Family Nurse Practitioner with national board cert and state APN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care for patients aged 18 months and older.
• Perform assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning.
• Counsel on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, safer sex practices, and contraception.
• Document care in EHR per policy and coordinate with care team.
