Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner to provide holistic, evidence-based care remotely for patients 18 months and older. You will assess, diagnose, and manage health concerns with a dedicated team via telehealth, while counseling on contraception and safe sex practices and documenting in our EHR.

The role requires an active Master’s in Family NP with National Board Certification and APN licensure in eligible states, plus at least two years of clinical experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Family Nurse Practice and board certification are required.
• Active NP license in applicable state(s) to practice in APN role.
• Two years clinically relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care for patients aged 18 months and up.
• Assess, diagnose, treat and manage health problems via remote visits.
• Counsel on pregnancy prevention and STI prevention; coordinate care with team.
• Document care in an EHR and ensure smooth patient disposition.
• Collaborate with internal/external colleagues to deliver high-quality care.
• Work independently within a patient-care team and use remote technology.
