Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver holistic, evidence-based care via a remote platform for patients 18 months and older. You will assess, diagnose, treat, counsel, and disposition plan with a dedicated team.

This full-time position requires an active NP license in one of the allowed states, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication. Eligible for comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in one of the specified states.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Capable of collaborating with colleagues to provide quality care.
• May require proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) depending on market.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and older.
• Educate patients on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, contraception, and medications.
• Evaluate primary, acute, and chronic conditions and provide health counseling.
• Document care in an EHR per policy and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Work with a care team including Providers, physicians, pharmacists, and staff to ensure high standards.
