Qualifications

• 1 year Medicaid experience required.
• Customer service or call center experience is required.
• Remote working experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports administrative care management activities including outreach, answering inbound calls, and scheduling services.
• Serves as a point of contact to members, providers, and staff to resolve issues.
• Documents member records in accordance with state and regulatory guidelines.
• Provides onboarding and day-to-day administrative duties, including welcome letters and program materials.
