TEKsystems is seeking an Administrative Care Management Support professional for a fully remote, contract-based role in the United States. You will support outbound and inbound member interactions, assist with scheduling, and help resolve inquiries to keep care plans on track.

The position emphasizes telephonic care coordination, onboarding activities, and documentation of non-clinical member records in compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• 1 year Medicaid experience required.
• Remote working experience preferred.
• Customer service experience and call center exposure are valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach to members via phone to support care plan steps and scheduling.
• Answer inbound calls, resolve issues, and document member records per state guidelines.
• Assist with onboarding and distribution of program materials to support member/provider relationships.
