Valeris is seeking an Executive Care Coordinator to support patients navigating access to complex medications. You will manage benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and payer communications, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely case closure.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong medical terminology knowledge, and the ability to operate within HIPAA guidelines. Remote work eligibility is available, with responsibilities across the patient access lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) required; healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in insurance reimbursement, patient access, or related area.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes.
• Remote work eligibility is subject to all work-from-home criteria met.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient journey from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Provide personalized case management to patients and healthcare providers.
• Educate offices on payor processes and program eligibility.
• Maintain detailed records in the Lynk system and generate reports.
