Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Care Coordinator to manage patient cases from initiation to resolution. You will conduct benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and denial appeals while guiding patients through coverage options with a focus on accuracy and empathy.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with nurses, physicians, and client stakeholders to ensure timely access to therapies. Remote eligibility may apply based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Provide personalized case management to patients and healthcare providers, including communication of coverage and next steps.
• Triage inquiries and coordinate with nurses and physicians to resolve coverage issues and ensure timely support.
