Float Health is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing care by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, and to maintain relationships throughout the patient life cycle. You will leverage technology platforms to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient scheduling for recurring visits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills — able to explain complex or sensitive information clearly and empathetically.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Tech-savvy with ability navigating multiple platforms and learning new tools.
• Mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health's technology and third-party platforms.
• Respond to and manage ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift with timely resolution.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to coordinate care.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and uploaded for visits.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and provide feedback to improve workflows.
• Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
• Cultivate relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
