Job summary

Float Health is seeking a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing visits and manage scheduling for home-based care across the United States. You will work remotely, handling high volumes of tickets and calls while ensuring timely, accurate scheduling and excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Excellent communication and customer service, empathetic.
• Healthcare familiarity or terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health’s technology and third-party platforms.
• Respond to ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift with timely resolutions.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate via phone, email, and text to coordinate scheduling.
• Ensure all documentation is collected and uploaded for visits.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share data and feedback.
• Brainstorm process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
