Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role within the Care Center Sales team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to diverse clients nationwide.

The position offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision. A 401(k) with generous company match and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask with urgency.
• Adaptable and resourceful in fast-paced environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualified for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate and route issues while maintaining detailed records in CRM.
• Gather and manage data across multiple platforms and handle documentation.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
