Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent with 3+ years sales experience or 6+ years related experience.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans.
• Comfort using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer expectations.
• Proven track record of success in both educational and professional environments; strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level business plan.
• Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the portfolio.
• Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers and professionals.
• Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics.
• Stay knowledgeable on headquarters-approved information regarding products, disease, and marketplace.
