Job summary

Amgen, a global biotechnology leader, is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to drive portfolio performance across key accounts in the San Francisco area. You will develop and execute comprehensive account plans, work with cross-functional teams, and build influential relationships with hospital leadership and payors to improve access and utilization of Amgen CV products.

Experience in healthcare sales and key account management.
Ability to build strategic relationships with hospitals, payors and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic lead for assigned key accounts, driving compliant, innovative engagement.
Ensure institutional availability across inpatient and ambulatory settings.
Lead account plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy and market dynamics.
Collaborate with matrix teams and medical science liaisons as needed.
Develop relationships with hospital decision-makers and payors to support access and utilization.
Monitor account performance and coordinate pull-through across field teams.
