Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with top cardiovascular accounts across the United States. You will drive portfolio utilization, manage access, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute account plans and achieve brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with appropriate years of sales/account management experience.
• Experience in healthcare sales and/or account management is required.
• Ability to build strong relationships across complex health systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic accounts and drive portfolio performance across CV products.
• Develop account plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy and payer needs.
• Collaborate with field teams and medical science liaison(s) as appropriate.
• Promote data-supported messages within compliant policies.
• Coordinate with access teams to ensure payer and hospital access.
