Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to lead account plans and build relationships with decision-makers across hospital and health system accounts. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize access and utilization of Amgen CV products, delivering strategic account plans and ensuring compliant, data-driven communications.

The role requires 3+ years in account management or public payor experience, plus strong communication and matrix-work skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management and/or public payor experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead for assigned key cardiovascular accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned to CV business unit strategy.
• Collaborate with field teams and medical science liaison(s) as appropriate.
• Coordinate pull-through and access initiatives across stakeholders.
• Present data/messages per MAC guidelines and ensure compliant delivery.
