Job summary

You will collaborate with Account Executives and other field colleagues to deliver patient-focused solutions across diverse healthcare settings.

The role requires developing territory plans, maintaining product knowledge, and conducting compliant sales discussions with healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 0-3 years of relevant work experience (S1).
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years sales experience or high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience (S2).
• Able to analyze complex data and leverage insights to develop strategic sales plans.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals.
• Willing to travel up to 25% overnight.
• Valid driver’s license.
• reside in the territory or nearby within defined metro ranges; relocation at own expense if outside distances.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics.
• Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the portfolio.
• Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers beyond labeling.
• Provide management with updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics.
• Be knowledgeable on headquarter-approved information regarding products, disease, and market.
• Monitor business performance using company tools to support planning and sales impact.
