As Area Business Manager, you will recruit, train, and lead a Cardiovascular Account Specialists team preparing for and executing the launch of Cytokinetics' first commercial product, with cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights to drive adoption in the Northeast region.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical industry and/or commercial field sales
• Minimum 5 years leading teams
• Experience with rare disease or cardiovascular launches is highly preferred
• Ability to navigate patient access workflows and REMS programs
• Strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsabilidades

• Hire, direct, support, develop, and lead a cardiovascular sales team
• Foster collaboration across Patient Services, Marketing, Medical, Operations and Training
• Lead the first-to-market product launch and coach the team to meet objectives
• Develop and execute area business plans aligned with launch strategies
• Manage area budgets, resources, and ensure compliant business practices
• Represent field perspectives and drive successful execution with stakeholders
