Job summary

Cytokinetics is seeking a Cardiovascular Account Specialist to launch its first commercial product for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in your territory. You will drive sales results autonomously and coordinate with a local field team to identify opportunities and establish relationships with hospitals, IDNs, cardiology clinics, and specialty pharmacies.

You will be a subject matter expert, delivering clinically relevant disease and product information, and supporting access through payer resources,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 5+ years in biotech/pharma sales.
• Experience owning a territory as a rep is highly preferred.
• Cardiology, rare disease, or specialty product experience preferred.
• Specialty product launch experience preferred.
• Experience with patient service hubs and specialty pharmacy distribution preferred.
• Knowledge of KOLs and key accounts in the territory preferred.
• Experience evaluating territory trends and strategic planning to drive sales results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales results and own launches in the territory.
• Develop territory plans with local field team to identify opportunities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert providing disease and product information.
• Communicate resources to HCPs, payer information, formulary coverage, patient services.
